Arles France Tourist Information and City Guide
The Arles Roman Arena is the town’s most famous landmark. Built
some 2,000 years ago, the Arles France arena was used for gladiatorial combat events
between man and beast.
Visitors to the arena should be sure to visit the
small museum located in the complex that focuses on gladiators and
their deadly sport.
